Collaboration is an important aspect in meeting our students’ needs. By communicating with teachers, administrators and affiliated professionals, we can work as a team to share strategies and ideas that will help your student achieve his/her academic goals.
To provide permission for our team members to communicate with the staff at your child’s school and/or affiliated professionals (i.e. Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Psychologist, tutor, etc.) please complete the appropriate form.
